Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are set to reprise their roles in the upcoming Hunger Games series film, Sunrise on the Reaping.
It has been confirmed that fan-favorite actors Jennifer Lawrence and Josh Hutcherson are set to appear once again in the latest chapter of the Hunger Games film series, titled The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping. The project is now in the works.
A Significant Reunion for Fans
The duo are returning as Katniss Everdeen and Peeta Mellark, the roles they originated. It is believed their roles will take the form of a future-set scene, considering the original saga concluded with their characters living in peace.

Sunrise on the Reaping is adapted from a recent book by series creator Suzanne Collins. It acts as the second film set before the original story after 2023's The Ballad of Songbirds & Snakes.
